This section is a full walkthrough of the operator dashboard: what each page shows, why an operator would use it, and how its actions map onto the underlying platform concepts (organizations, API keys, certificates, behaviours, and the rest).

It complements API integration, which documents calling Switchbench’s REST/TCP APIs directly — this section instead covers using the dashboard itself.

Each dashboard page gets its own dedicated guide here as it is written. The Payment Consultant chat does not have a guide yet.
